We know vegetables are great for snacking, but they don’t have a lot of protein in them.  

So, create a yogurt dip with different herbs and seasonings such as dill and lemon juice.  

Use greek yogurt to get a higher protein intake. 

You can make a batch of it and portion it into snack size containers for convenience.
