Don’t Drink Your Fruits…
Fruits are very healthy and are loaded with a variety of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. 

Since fruits contain fiber from the skins the sugars are usually digested slower and don’t cause big spikes in blood sugars.  

This can’t be said for fruit juices though.  

They lack the fiber and it is too easy to consume way too many calories this way.  

Stick to whole fruits to get all the benefits.
