This snack is a high protein snack that is healthy and portable.  

Beef Jerky is a meat that has been trimmed of fat, cut into strips and dried.  This is an excellent and convenient snack. 

You can consume 9gms of protein per ounce with this snack.  

Some options are beef, turkey, chicken and even salmon.  
Try to make your own because store bought jerky many times contains added sugar and artificial ingredients.
