Nutrition Quickie:  My Favorite Nighttime Snack...

I am Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter and here is your Nutrition Quickie for today.  Apply it and strengthen your nutritional foundation with multiple Quickies like this.


Greek yogurt is an ideal high protein snack with 20gms of protein per 1 cup.  

It has also been shown to be more filling than other yogurts with less protein.  

You can make a parfait by combining the 1 cup yogurt with granola and berries in layers within a cup.
The granola will add another 4gms of protein to this snack.
