Eating enough protein is key for many reasons, but a big reason why most people will be interested is because of its ability to help with weight loss. 

Protein can help boost the metabolism while keeping our appetite in check.  It provides fullness so that we end up eating fewer calories throughout the day. 

It can reduce cravings and has also been shown to lower blood sugars.  

Work on eating 1 gram of high quality protein per pound of your goal bodyweight.
