Don’t go on a diet…

When you have to severely restrict calories to lose weight this is called a diet and it rarely works long-term. 

Research has shown us that this type of dieting actually is a strong predictor of future weight gain. 

Instead make lifestyle changes.  Yes, you will have to cut back on some of the wasted calories and unhealthy food choices, but it is something you can live with. 

Focus on nourishing your body with healthy foods and calories instead of depriving your body.
